Mindfulness is for anyone who wants to find more balance in their life. Whether you are struggling with feelings of overwhelm, burnout, anxiety, stress and depression or are simply curious about the ways in which you could improve your wellbeing and overall quality of life – mindfulness is for you.

1-1 Coaching (for all ages)

1-1 coaching sessions are designed around the particular needs of the individual, with the aim of providing you with the tools and support you need to navigate your way through the hard times, while getting the most from the good times. Mindfulness techniques and meditations, help you to switch out of auto-pilot, find calm in the present moment and a sense of clarity going forward. Sessions can be face to face or online.

Group Sessions & Courses

Group sessions provide a supportive, safe space during which you connect with like-minded individuals. Using mindfulness techniques, meditations and group discussion these sessions will help you to manage stress, find balance and improve your general well-being.

Group sessions are offered as either as a one-off taster session or an 8-week course, supporting you to develop a regular mindfulness practice in your everyday life.
